Can You Change Your Vibration?

It's quite normal whenever we think about something, we start to have negative thoughts or feelings. For instance, we could be watching the news and then start worrying about our future, that the world is becoming a more dangerous place. Or we think about things like not making our rent on time, or that our loved ones might get involved in an accident.

These are negative thoughts, which set of a kind of negative "vibe", making us feel bad in the process.

After having read through Michael Losier's book (Law of Attraction), I have decided to follow what he suggests that we do whenever we encounter such negative thoughts. We will want to "reset" our vibration, from negative to positive.

Losier says we only need to ask ourselves " So what do I want?"

So now, if I feel worried that I can't pay my rent for the month (negative vibration), I would quickly rest my vibration by saying to myself "I can easily pay my rent every month" (positive vibration).

By doing this, I have noticed that I feel more positive about my life nowadays, and I can also feel that I am beginning to attract more good things into my life.
